We offer an easy and transparent Exchange Policy to ensure you get exactly what you ordered.

To request an exchange:
Step 1:
Contact us within 2 days of delivery via WhatsApp:

Step 2:
Share the following:
Order number
Product pictures/video
Issue details (wrong item, damage, size issue, etc.)
Step 3:
Our support team will verify your request and guide you through the exchange process.
4. Exchange Conditions
Exchange is allowed only once per order.
Exchange depends on stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal or higher value.
Price difference (if any) must be paid by the customer.
5. Shipping & Courier Charges
Exchange shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong or damaged item.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If an item is returned to us damaged or used, it will be sent back to the customer.
6. No Refund Policy
We currently operate a NO REFUND policy.
Only exchange is available.
Refunds are provided only if the product is out of stock after placing an order.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before shipping only.
Once the parcel is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
8. Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a product that is:
Broken
Defective
Incorrect
Missing any item
Please report within 24 hours with product pictures/videos.
We will arrange a replacement depending on stock availability.
